It was close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. The room thought small was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The natural hot spring was good.

Its location is very good. It locates near the Sendai JR train station that provides a convenient traffic hub for tourists.

All the staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out were very quick. The hot springs were incredible for relaxing and I enjoyed the ice poles afterwards. The welcome coffee and late night soba noodles were a great addition too. The hotel was very conveniently located for amenities, train and subway lines.

Marvellous OPEN-AIR ROOFTOP BATH. Comfy beds and pillows. Why are so many reviewers complaining about the bedding? Large room. Some of you people want LARGE ROOMS - PAY MORE! I will stay here again.

Less than 10 mins from the Sendai train station and main shopping area. Rooftop onsen is spacious and clean. Free mini soba noodle every night, free popsicles outside the onsen at night and free yogurt drink in the morning. I must have asked for a quiet room, because they gave me a room right at the end and away from the street so I was able to enjoy a good night's sleep.
